Cross Co. Acquires Ward Technical Sales

Cross Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of the fluid power and process control assets of Ward Technical Sales (Ward), Paw Creek, NC.  The transaction will be effective October 3, 2005.  Ward’s business will be integrated into Cross Company’s Fluid Power and Instrumentation divisions.

Cross Company's first virtual store opens for business.  BuyGPI.com is an online e-commerce source for GPI Turbine and Oval Gear Flow Meters and Meinecke Turbine Flow Meters.  The store's integral shopping cart gives customers the ability to place and pay for orders anytime, day or night.
