Wafer Style
Application
The TigermagTM is designed for a wide range of process applications — nearly any conductive liquid with a minimum conductivity of 5 micromhos or greater. The Tigermag is in use in applications as diverse as process chemicals, polymers, fruit juice, dairy, acids, alkalies, water, sewage.
The Tigermag is available in wafer and flanged versions in sizes from 1/10" to 72" in a wide range of liners and sensing electrodes. Removable and hot-tap removable electrodes are available for applications where abrasive flows are present and periodic inspection of electrodes for damage is indicated.
Accuracy
Standard accuracy is ±0.5% of rate and is unaffected by changes in temperature, pressure, viscosity or conductivity. All Sparling meters are wet flow calibrated in our NIST traceable Primary Flow Labs. A meter record certifying its accuracy is furnished with each meter.
Setup
Meter programming is straightforward with Mag-CommandTM. HART® protocol is available
