Bulk liquid meter for measurement of high,
relatively constant flows of both cold and hot water

Description / Application

    Bulk liquid meter for cold and hot  water service

    With its high degree of accuracy and the versatility of its accessories,

         it can be utilized for automatic batching, local or remote totalization or

         remote rate of flow indication

    Available in sizes ranging from 2" (50mm) to 12" (300mm)

    Process Connection: ANSI 150lb (std) & 300lb (opt)  RF  Flange

    Cold Water to 122° F - Hot Water to 266° F

    Measurement accuracy of +/- 2% on flows 
         ranging from 2.0 GPM to 8,800 GPM

    Replaceable measuring element can be removed for maintenance
         and/or replacement without removing the meter housing from the line

WP/Dynamic BMF

Originally designed for measurement of brine solutions, the BMF series 
is ideal for measuring caustics sodas to 20%, Saline water to 10%, 
Glycol-water solutions to 30% & other Caustic solutions with pH values 
up to 9

    Available in sizes ranging from 2" (50mm) to 8" (200mm)

    Cold Liquids to 122° F

    Hot Liquids to 266° F

REED Style - Low Frequency Pulsed Output
The REED-01/02 is a 2-wire low frequency volt -free contact closure pulser.
RD-01 is used in Cold Applications. RD-02 is used with Hot Water Meters.

OPTO Style - High Frequency Pulsed Output
The OPTO-01/02 is a 2-wire current switching device for use in both Cold (OP-01) and Hot (OP-02) water applications. This type of pulse is normally used for conversion to analog signals; (4-20mA) or as inputs to high definition batching units.

FM-1D/K - Frequency to Current Converter

FM-1D/K - Frequency to Current Converter

The FM-1D/K is a µP-controlled frequency converter with display.
It converts input pulses to an analog current signal proportional to
the momentary flowrate. Simply put... the FM-1D/K converts the
Pulse input into a scaleable 4-20mA output.

Incoming Pulses are converted to:
   Standard signal current output (4-20mA)
   Pulse Totalization
   LED Indication of Flow-Rate or Total

CDL - Data Logger
Portable Data Storage of
Temperature, Pressure, Level & Flow

The CDL Data Logger is a mobile system that records measured values from reticulation networks independent of the main power supply. Review and evaluation are accomplished using a PC and Meinecke’s CDL-WIN software.

In-Line Strainers

Protect your MEINECKE Propeller Meter by installing an In-Line Basket Strainer upstream. Relatively inexpensive when compared to the cost of the equipment they protect, strainers remove unwanted particles from the pipeline before they have a chance to cause any damage.
